Why Does my 3oz bag not seem full?

Our teas are packed by weight, not by volume. Some blends are denser than others, which may result in variations in appearance. For instance, the Bedtime Chai blend may appear less voluminous than our Peppy Green blend, despite being packed in the same-sized bags.

Do I Have to follow the steeping directions?

While the steeping instructions on each bag are crafted to help you brew the perfect cup, feel free to experiment with different methods to suit your taste preferences. However, be mindful that longer steeping times and hotter water may result in a bitter cup, particularly with green teas.

I received my teas but the box did not have my hat & shirt, where are they?

All apparel merch orders are fulfilled by Printful, which produces your order after payment processing and ships it directly to you. Therefore, fulfillment times may differ from our other products.

How Long does my order take to ship?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is not available at this time. We currently only offer shipping throughout the United States.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? We're happy to accept returns for store credit for all unopened/unused goods, minus the cost of the return shipping. Please note, teas are a food product and not eligible for returns, and the original shipping cost of items will not be refunded.
